Do we collect any information from third parties? Yes, in one specific instance: we receive contact information from Meta Platforms, Inc. ("Meta") when you submit an inquiry through a Lead Ad on Facebook or Instagram. We do not purchase or receive data from public databases, data brokers, or other marketing partners.

1. What Information Do We Collect?

Personal information you disclose to us

In Short: We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us, or that we receive from Meta when you submit an inquiry through our Facebook or Instagram advertising.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in obtaining information about our products and services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us. This may include information you submit directly to us, and information submitted through a Lead Ad form on Facebook or Instagram (see "Information collected from other sources" below).

Personal Information Provided by You. The personal information we collect may include the following:

  • names
  • phone numbers
  • email addresses

Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive information.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

Information automatically collected

In Short: We use Google Analytics to automatically collect certain information — such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, and approximate location — when you visit our website.

We use Google Analytics to automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate our website. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include:

  • Log and Usage Data. IP address, browser type and settings, referring URLs, date/time stamps, pages viewed, and general browsing behavior on our site.
  • Device Data. Device type, operating system, and browser information.
  • Approximate Location Data. General city/region-level location derived from your IP address. Google Analytics does not collect precise GPS location.

This information is used to understand how visitors use our site and to evaluate the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. We do not use pixels or other advertising-specific tracking technologies on our own website; our Meta advertising is conducted through Facebook/Instagram Lead Ads, which operate natively within Meta's platforms rather than through tracking installed on our site.

Google API. Our use of information received from Google APIs (including Google Analytics) will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Information collected from other sources

In Short: We receive limited contact information from Meta Platforms, Inc. when you submit an inquiry through our Facebook or Instagram advertising.

We advertise our products through Meta's Lead Ads feature on Facebook and Instagram. When you submit an inquiry through one of these ads, Meta collects your information on its own platform and provides it to us so that our sales team can follow up with you. This information is limited to the contact details described above (name, phone number, email address).

We do not obtain personal information about you from public databases, data brokers, joint marketing partners, or any other third-party source.

2. How Do We Process Your Information?

In Short: We process your information to respond to your inquiry, follow up regarding your interest in our products, evaluate our advertising, and comply with law.

We process your personal information for the following reasons:

  • To respond to user inquiries/offer support to users. We process your information to respond to your inquiries and provide information about our garage condos.
  • To deliver and facilitate delivery of services to the user. We process your information to follow up with you regarding your purchase inquiry.
  • To deliver targeted advertising to you. We use Meta's advertising platform to display our ads to relevant audiences on Facebook and Instagram.
  • To determine the effectiveness of our marketing and promotional campaigns. We use Google Analytics and Meta's reporting tools to understand how our advertising is performing.
  • To evaluate and improve our Services, products, marketing, and your experience.
  • To identify usage trends.
  • To comply with our legal obligations.

3. When and With Whom Do We Share Your Personal Information?

In Short: We do not sell or share your information with business affiliates or business partners. We may share information in the event of a business transfer, and with service providers who help us operate our Services.

We may need to share your personal information in the following situations:

  • Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
  • Service Providers. We use Google Analytics to help us understand website usage. Google's use of this data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Meta Platforms, Inc. We use Meta's advertising services (including Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads) to promote our products. Meta collects and provides us with contact information submitted by users who complete a Lead Ad form in connection with our advertising. Meta's own use of this data is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy. Our receipt of this information from Meta does not constitute a sale or disclosure of your information by us to a third party.

We do not have business affiliates or business partners with whom we share personal information at this time.

4. Do We Use Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies?

In Short: We use Google Analytics cookies to understand website usage. We do not use advertising pixels on our own website; our Meta advertising operates natively within Facebook and Instagram.

We use cookies associated with Google Analytics to collect information about how visitors interact with our website, including IP address, browser and device information, approximate location, referral source, and browsing behavior. This helps us maintain and improve our website and understand the effectiveness of our marketing.

We do not currently install advertising pixels or similar tracking technologies on our own website. Our advertising on Facebook and Instagram is conducted through Meta's Lead Ads feature, which collects information natively within Meta's platforms rather than through technology installed on our site.

If we implement additional tracking technologies on our website in the future — including advertising pixels — we will update this Privacy Notice and our Cookie Notice accordingly, and you will be able to opt out as described in the section "Do United States Residents Have Specific Privacy Rights?" below.

5. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

6. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?

In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.

7. Do We Collect Information From Minors?

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent's use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from children under age 18, please contact us at brett@autoclubhouse.com.

8. What Are Your Privacy Rights?

In Short: You may withdraw your consent or opt out of marketing communications at any time, depending on your country, province, or state of residence.

Withdrawing your consent: If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us using the details in "How Can You Contact Us About This Notice?" below.

Opting out of marketing and promotional communications: You can unsubscribe from our marketing and promotional communications at any time by contacting us using the details below. You will then be removed from our contact lists. However, we may still communicate with you regarding an active, ongoing inquiry you have made about a specific purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties.

Cookies and similar technologies: Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove cookies and to reject cookies. If you choose to remove or reject cookies, this could affect certain features of our Services (such as Google Analytics reporting).

If you have questions or comments about your privacy rights, you may email us at brett@autoclubhouse.com.

9. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.

California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.

In Short: If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia, you may have rights regarding your personal information as described below.
